New Student Chromebook Pickup

Freshmen and New Student Chromebook Pickup: Tuesday, August 4, 2026

Incoming Freshmen and new students should pick up their Chromebooks on August 4 from 8 AM - 3 PM at the O’Plaine campus.
Students should enter the North Entrance (under blue panels) and follow the signs.
Students will have a chance to log into the Chromebook and test their accounts as well.
The process typically takes 10 - 15 minutes.
You must complete the online registration before picking up your Chromebook.

All incoming freshmen who have not picked up their Chromebooks yet.
Any other new students to the district who have completed registration and haven’t received their Chromebook (Sophomore - Senior).

PE uniforms and Spirit Wear will also be available for sale at the event. All 9th graders are enrolled in PE and need to purchase at least 1 PE shirt ($15-$20 for tshirt, $15 for shorts) for the year.
Registration support from the registrar staff will be available to answer any questions about registration and there will be an opportunity to pay any fees.
Financial support questions can be reviewed with District staff who will be available to help apply for financial assistance and help families connect with community resources.
Multilingual families can talk with the district multilingual department who will be available to answer questions and share information about joining the Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC).
The nurse will be available to collect physicals, immunization records, and medication forms.
Athletics/Activities staff will be available to answer questions about fall sports and online tryout registration.

Counseling staff will not be available to answer schedule or course questions. Please e-mail your counselor to schedule an appointment if needed. For questions during the summer please contact your campus Assistant Principal of Student Services.

If a student cannot make it, parents may come by and pick up the device.
Devices can also be picked up at Sneak Peek night on August 10.
If no one can attend, please contact thilliard@wths.net after August 4 to make arrangements to pick up your device.
