Seniors must fill out the FAFSA to graduate
Para poder leer este correo electrónico en español favor de hacer clic aquí.
The State of Illinois is requiring all seniors to file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), an Illinois Alternative Application or submit a waiver to opt out in order to graduate from a public high school.
Why it is important: The FAFSA is a graduation requirement necessary to earn a diploma.
- Completing the form helps simplify the financial aid application process for students enrolling in college.
Next Steps: We have several Financial Aid Workshops this year to assist families in understanding the financial aid process and completing this required step.
