Do you know that our students speak over fifty languages at Warren? In honor of our diversity we plan to say good morning in a different language our students speak each week.  This week, our language is Gujarati. Good morning in Gujarati is સુપ્રભાત Suprabhāta.

TABLETOP GAMING CLUB

Attention gamers. If you enjoy board, card, or role-playing games, then stop by the Tabletop Gaming Club at O’Plaine in room 302 Tuesdays from 3:20 to 5:00 pm and play some of our games or share your own favorites. This is the last meeting before Spring Break! (Harkins)

MARCH EXCHANGE CLUB SCHOLARSHIP

The Exchange Club of Gurnee sponsors 6 Youth of the Month $400 Awards. Deadline is the end of each Month, which for March is Friday 3/31 but Spring Break begins 3/24 so get them in before then. A paper application needs to be turned into the Student Services Secretary. From the Youth of the Month applications, one student will be chosen for a $2,000 scholarship. (Maggiore)

Need help understanding the information on your financial aid award letters or want to learn about the process and terminology? Plan to attend our workshop today with an ISAC rep to learn more and answer your questions. Please attend during the “A” portion of your lunch period in the College and Career Center. (McGahan)

 

SENIORS - THINKING OF APPLYING TO A 4 YEAR COLLEGE?

If you haven’t submitted your college application yet but are still hoping to, let’s get it started! Western Illinois University will be in the CCC today during 2nd period to provide application decisions on the spot! JOSTENS ANNOUNCEMENT ORDER DELIVERY

Jostens will be here on Thursday, March 23, during lunch periods to deliver graduation announcement orders. Please stop by the Gallery during your lunch hour to pick up your items if you placed an order. (Kirk)

As a part of our graduation ceremony, we traditionally invite all interested seniors to compete for an opportunity to deliver a speech to the graduating class. If you are interested, you can find an application on the WTHS website on the graduation page. Please submit your application and recorded video of your speech no later than Monday, April 3, 2023.
