HOLLYWOOD HOMECOMING SPIRIT WEEK!

Homecoming spirit week concludes on Friday with Rep the Blue Devils! Show your school spirit by wearing Blue and Gold!

 

HOMECOMING PARADE!

The homecoming parade will be held Saturday, September 24th at 9am. We will start at the Police Station and end at the North Parking Lot of O'Plaine campus  and walk along OPlaine Rd.  Come out and support your blue devils in the homecoming  parade, we will be starting at 9 am sharp!  Make sure to make your way down to the football field and we’ll see you there! SPEECH TEAM AUDITIONS

Packets for the 2022-2023 Speech Team are available in the main office! Pick up a packet to learn more about IHSA Speech, events, auditions, and more! TABLETOP GAMING CLUB

Attention gamers. If you enjoy board, card, or role-playing games, then stop by the Tabletop Gaming Club at O’Plaine in room 302 Tuesdays from 3:20 to 5:00 pm and play some of our games or share your own favorites. This week's featured game is Long Shot, a game for 2 to 8 players about horse racing. No experience needed. (Harkins)

 

BOYS SWIMMING AND DIVING MEETING 9/29

There will be an informational meeting on Thursday, September 29th at 3:25pm in the O'Plaine Lecture Hall for all boys interested in trying out for the boys swimming and diving team this winter. COMMON APPLICATION FOR SENIORS

Did you know there are over 1,000 institutions that allow students to apply to college via the Common App? Students working on the Common Application or who have questions about the Common App are welcome to pop into our Lunch & Learn Workshop on Tuesday, September 27th during your assigned lunch or study hall period (p. 3-6). VOTER REGISTRATION 

The November election is upon us and we hope our students are willing to have their voices heard! We will have a voter registration drive on Tuesday, September 27th in the cafeteria during all lunch periods. You may register if you: 1-Are a US citizen or naturalized citizen 2- Will be 18 years old on or before the next election (born on or before November 8, 2004) 3- Have two forms of ID (School ID and Driver’s License/State ID) 4- Please know the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
