UPCOMING VIRTUAL COLLEGE VISITS FOR O’PLAINE FRESHMEN & SOPHOMORES! - This week we virtually welcome Marquette University, UW – Platteville, Mizzou and Southern Illinois University! Attending college visits (if even just virtually) is a great way for students to ask questions and get more information from a college rep on a specific school and/or program. This year, due to COVID, all college visits will be done virtually and a little differently than in years past. This year, students are only allowed to attend if the scheduled visit coincides with their lunch or study hall period. Students will not be excused from an academic class to attend. All college visits are 25 minutes in length, and students must sign up by the end of the school day prior to the visit. See your WTHS email for more details and to sign up. Those who sign up can expect to receive the meeting link sometime prior to the day of the visit. Students considering college as their next step after high school, especially Sophomores, are highly encouraged to attend at least one college visit while at O’Plaine. Scheduled visits are listed in the Google form sent to your WTHS email. Check back to the form periodically as that’s where you will see any added future visits.  (Hartley)
