Astronomy Club members, the year’s first review Kahoot! game awaits you, jam-packed with questions about the science news articles and videos we’ve covered till yet and including questions from the presentation on particle physics that was given by co-president VJ! Fight for an Amazon gift card with money taken out of our sponsor Mr. Nelson’s very own pocket! Come prepared by reviewing the videos and articles through our modules on our Canvas page but don’t be afraid, even if you don’t know everything you still might be able to win! SPEECH TEAM NEW MEMBERS MEETING

Speech Team is looking for new members! Speech Team is an IHSA competitive activity that is made up of 14 different events. These events include acting, public speaking, poetry reading, and much more! No prior acting or speaking experience is necessary! Interested? GIRLS BASKETBALL FALL WORKOUTS

Girls Basketball Fall workouts are being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm at the Almond Campus Gym, and on Saturday Mornings from 9am to 11:30am. You do not have to have to be a member of the basketball program to attend. New girls to the program are highly encouraged to attend. Freshman players are very highly encouraged to attend. In order to take part, players must be registered through the school website in the Athletics section of the website. THERE IS NO COST TO ATTEND. THE WORKOUTS ARE FREE.
