TURNABOUT TICKET SALES START MONDAY!

Iced Out Turnabout ticket sales will start Monday February 17th on the WTHS webstore. The dance will be held February 22nd at the Almond Campus from 7-10pm.  Tickets are $15. Please remember you must be in good standing with the fee office to purchase a ticket. (Lainio)

Get ready for Iced Out Turnabout by participating in Spirit Days next week! Tuesday is Iconic Duo Day. Grab a friend and dress as your favorite duo, like Cosmo and Wanda or Zach and Cody or I-Carly and Sam or Batman and Robin. (Desiron)

BSU SPIRIT WEEK!

On behalf of the Black Student Union, we want to thank you all for participating in our Black History Month spirit week. To end the month with a bang, we are hosting our 2nd annual Black History Month Celebration on February 27th at the O’Plaine auditorium. Doors open at 6:30!! We promise you won’t want to miss it! BOYS' WATER POLO INFORMATIONAL MEETING

Would you like to play Water Polo this Spring? Have you still not found a sport that is perfect for you? If so, come to our informational meeting on Wednesday, February 19th in the pool to hear about our team. (Whelan)

IHEART LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP WORKSHOP

Who LOVES money for college? I know we all do! Seniors, come spend your Valentine's Day lunch with the counselors in the CCC to learn about our local scholarships offered to your class! We will show you how to access these scholarships in Naviance, provide tips for writing the scholarship essay and obtaining supporting documents like an official transcript or letter of recommendation. The workshop is offered during periods 3-6. Please attend the presentation held during your lunch period or study hall and feel free to bring your hot or cold lunch. You will also need your Chromebook as this is a working lunch. (McGahan)

Attention Seniors-All graduating seniors are invited to compete for an opportunity to speak at the Commencement Ceremony. If you are interested in making an address at Commencement, an application can be picked up from Mrs. Timan in the Principal’s office, room 204.
