BOYS SWIMMING AND DIVING

ADAPTED LEADERS PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASS

Do you enjoy helping others, working with students with special needs? Then I would love to have your assistance in the adapted physical education class as a leader. Please attend the informational meeting with Ms. Barta, at the Almond campus this week at 2:20pm- 2:30pm in the PE classroom or see Mr. Fischetti at the O'Plaine campus this week to pick up an application. SOUTH ASIAN STUDENT ASSOCIATION

Have you ever had South Asian food and couldn't get enough? You're in luck because SASA will have a food day this Thursday, November 7th, at the O'Plaine campus in Room 210. All are welcome and late bus passes will be provided. (Cordova)

AVANZA, FUTURE LATINO LEADERS

WARREN WELLNESS AMBASSADORS

Warren Wellness Ambassadors will be meeting this Thursday at 3:20 in the conference room across from student services at the O’Plaine Campus. We will begin planning our next quarterly topic. New members are always welcome! (Tragarz)

SKI CLUB

Attention all skiers and snowboarders! We will have an informational meeting at BOTH campuses on Wednesday, November 13th. Mr. DeBaker will hold the Almond meeting at 2:20pm in room 117. Miss Burza will hold the O'Plaine meeting at 3:30pm in the Blue Devil Den (across from the main office). Members MUST attend one of the meetings if they want to be a member of the 19-20 ski club. FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORE BOYS BASAKETBALL TRYOUTS

Tryouts for the Freshmen and Sophomore Boys Basketball teams will be held on Monday, November 11th, Tuesday, November 12th and Wednesday November 13th. Tryouts will be held in the O'Plaine Gym. On Monday, November 11th the Freshmen Tryouts will run from 3:30 - 6 pm and the Sophomore Tryouts will run from 6 - 8:30 pm. In order to try out you must have a current physical on file and you must complete the online registration process. (Jasnoch)

STUDENTS OF SERVICE VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

Please join us in room 308A to meet other students interested in volunteering and to sign up for our November outings. Our next general meeting will be on today in room 308A beginning at 3:20. IT’S NATIONAL FRENCH WEEK

The Red Cross was founded after a Swiss man witnessed the aftermath of the Battle of Solferino to provide humanitarian support. The symbol of a red cross on a white background reversed the Swiss national emblem of a white cross on a red background. (Kosonen)

CEC MEETING

The Council for Exceptional Children Club will hold the November Planning Meeting this Thursday, November 7th at 2:30 pm in room 320. Please join us to brainstorm the fun! New CEC members welcome! (Vandervort)

VARSITY BOYS BASKETBALL TRYOUTS

Tryouts for the Boys Varsity Basketball team will be held on Monday, November 11th, Tuesday, November 12th and Wednesday, November 13th. Varsity Tryouts will be held each day from 3:15 - 6:30 pm in the Almond Gym. You must have a current physical on file with the nurse and complete the online registration process in order to tryout. YOUNG AMERICANS FOR FREEDOM

Young Americans for Freedom will have its next general meeting on Thursday, November 7th, at 2:20 in the College and Career Center. Come and help us honor Freedom Week and the 30th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. (Hanlon)

DAILY LOANER CHROMEBOOKS AND CHARGERS

Please return the Daily Loaner Chromebooks or chargers to the Technology Clerk in the Library. Students will be charged a fee after the 2nd day if the Daily Loaner devices are not returned. Thank you! (Jedryszek)

VETERAN’S DAY TOILETRY DRIVE
