EL CLUB DE ESPAÑOL

Come to Spanish Club’s first informational meeting on Thursday, September 12th in room 214 after 8th period and learn about opportunities to engage in culture, language, customs, and food!  You do not have to take Spanish to be a part of this club, everyone is welcome.  See you there! (McCartney)

WALLFLOWER CLUB

Are you new to this school? Do you just need a buddy? Perhaps you just wanna break out of your shell and meet new people? Then the Wallflowers club is for you. We meet every Monday from 2:20-3:00pm at Almond Campus in room #241 and at 3:20-4:00pm at O'plaine campus in the faculty cafeteria. There will be games, crafts, bonding exercises and snacks. Feel free to stop by anytime all students are welcome!!! (Neal)

TABLETOP GAMING CLUB

Huzzah! The dark days are gone. The Tabletop Gaming Club has returned! If you want to socialize while playing card, board and role-playing games, then this is the club for you. Join us Tuesday, September 10th in O'Plaine Room 302 from 3:25 to 5:00 pm and see what it's all about. (Harkins)

YOUTH AND GOVERNMENT 2ND MEETING

Future lawyers and politicians listen up! Youth and Government is having its second meeting of the year this Monday, September 9th. It’s not too late to learn about our group where we travel to Springfield and use the Capitol Building and Supreme Court to run a mock Illinois government. Come by after school to room 305B at O’Plaine. Late bus passes will be provided. (Oberhauser)

TECH TEAM

The next Tech Team meeting is after school on Monday, September 9th. We meet after school in O’Plaine Room 258 from 3:20 until 4:00. All are welcome, and late bus passes will be available. (Ferrara)

Attention Sophomores: You will have a brief seminar to start your lunch period today. Please report directly to the auditorium 3A, 4A, and 5A. Sixth period seminar will take place in the cafeteria 6B. (Bertola)

 O’PLAINE COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER

Just a reminder that the College & Career Center in Room 258 is open during all lunch periods! Pop in to get information on available local jobs, scholarship opportunities, volunteer opportunities, college fair information or to get any of your college/career questions answered. It's never too early to start thinking about what comes next, and we have resources to help! You do not need a pass to come to the College Career Center but must arrive on time (at the start of your lunch period or half bell) and come prepared with your Chromebook. (Hartley)

HOMECOMING ALUMNI APPROVAL

During the week of September 9th thru the 13th, the Alumni Approval form will be available on the Warren Homecoming Page on the website.  Reminder, if you plan on bringing a date that is a Warren Alumni, you must fill out this form.  No outside guests are allowed.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Desiron or Mrs. Lainio. (Lainio)

YOUNG AMERICANS FOR FREEDON

Young Americans for Freedom will have its first informational meeting on Monday, September 9th at 3:30 pm in the College and Career Center. Come on out and bring your friends to hear about our plans for this year that includes a memorial planned before school on 9/11. Bring your friends!! (Hanlon)
