SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION

For students interested in summer school, online summer school registration begins on Monday, January 14 at 7:30 am and will be first come first served.  Registration will be completed online through the WTHS home page by going to the Online Fee Payment Site. In order to register, you will need your ID number.  Summer School will begin on June 3rd and run through July 11th. (Karasek)

VEGAN CLUB

The Vegan Club will meet again this Thursday, January 10, at 3:20, in room 234 at the O'Plaine campus. We will be planning our cupcake wars. Late bus passes will be provided. (Rodbro)

SOFTBALL INFORMATIONAL MEETING

Anyone not in a winter sport interested in trying out for softball there will be an important informational meeting Monday January 14th at 3:30 in the O'Plaine lecture hall. We will be discussing try outs and off season workouts. If you cannot attend contact Coach Charbonneau for more information. (Charbonneau)

BOYS LACROSSE FUNDRAISER

Attention Boys Lacrosse: Due this Friday, all boys’ lacrosse players need to turn in either their money or their remaining tickets for the Face Off Fundraiser. Money or tickets are due to Coach Eddy at Almond or Coach Janczak at O'Plaine. (Janczak)

BOYS VOLLEYBALL OPEN GYM

There will be a volleyball open gym on Thursday from 3:45pm - 5:30pm at Almond Field House. Tryout information will be discussed. If you have any questions contact coach Chen. (Chen)

MECS MEETING

There will be a MECS meeting today at 3:20pm in the O'Plaine Lecture Hall. We will be hosting a guest speaker from the Factory Farming Awareness Coalition. Please make every effort to attend and bring a friend.  (Boncher)

STUDENT COUNCIL APPLICATIONS

Attention to anyone interested in Student Council – we are extending the deadline for applying to Student Council for the 2019-20 School year.  If you are interested in applying, you may pick up application information from your counselor, or contact Mrs. Lainio (dlainio@wths.net) at O’Plaine, or Mr. Karnstedt (pkarnstedt@wths.net) at Almond. Please act now, as the deadline for applications will be Tuesday, January 15th.  (Karnstedt)

FBLA JANUARY GENERAL MEETING

The next FBLA General Meeting is tonight from 7-8 pm in the O'plaine lecture hall. A panel of former Warren FBLA students will be our guest speakers. The theme is College Knowledge, so wear your favorite college wear. (Vranek)

Are you interested in Hispanic culture? Do you also want to be rewarded for your academic excellence in Spanish? Apply to be a member of Spanish National Honor Society! MAKE-UP EXAMS – O’PLAINE CAMPUS

MAKE UP EXAMS-O’PLAINE CAMPUS- Exams will be offered at the O’Plaine Campus in the testing center from 3:25 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, January 9, 2019
  • Thursday, January 10, 2019
  • Tuesday, January 15, 2019
  • Wednesday, January 16, 2019

There is a late bus on Tuesday, January 15 at 4:45 pm only. There is a late bus at 4:00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you need to stay later on those days, you are responsible for your own transportation home. (Spino)

ATTENTION ALL FRESHMEN & SOPHOMORE BASEBALL PLAYERS

Open gym time change. Tonight's open gym will now be from 7:30-9:00 in the O'Plaine fieldhouse.  Please look on the baseball website for future open gym dates/times. (Stocker)

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS

In order to park in the Parking lot at O’Plaine, you MUST have a parking permit.  If you do not have a parking permit, your car could be towed.  If you want a parking permit application, please see Mrs. Tiedt in the Dean’s office. (Shea)

SPANISH NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Attention all SNHS Members! Just a reminder that there is a general meeting on Monday, January 14th right after school in room 117. Members are required to attend at least 1 general meeting per semester. Afterwards, there will a fun activity that will count for hours. Hope to see you there! (Gustafson)
