GUIDING THE COLLEGE BOUND ATHLETE

Are you an athlete who would like to learn more information about becoming a college athlete? Then plan to attend our Guiding the College Bound Athlete presentation on Thursday, December 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the O’Plaine Auditorium. We will provide helpful information about the athletic eligibility process and will have a panel of college athletic staff and future athletes to answer your questions. All interested high school students and their families are welcome to attend. (McGahan)

WARREN WELLNESS AMBASSADORS

Warren Wellness Ambassadors will meet this Thursday at 3:20 in the Faculty Cafeteria at the O’plaine Campus. We will be finalizing plans for the De-Stress Fest and the Food Drive. New members are always welcome. Hope to see you there! (Tragarz)

FBLA COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMITTEE MEETING

Come help the Community Service Committee this Thursday, December 6th, from 6-7 pm in room 211 at the Almond Campus. We will begin work on making blankets for people in need. (Vranek)

GIRLS’ SOCCER CONDITIONING

Girls Soccer will hosting conditioning from 3:30-4:45 in the O’Plaine Fieldhouse today and Thursday. (R. McCabe)

GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL CONDITIONING

Girls Volleyball Conditioning is held every Monday and Wednesday from 3:20-4:00pm at O’Plaine weight room. If you are planning on playing next year and you are not out for a Warren winter sport, we need to see you there. (Filippo)

TABLE TOP GAMING CLUB

Are you a gamer? If so, stop by the Tabletop Gaming Club at O’Plaine in room 302 today from 3:15 to 5:00 pm and play some of the best board games you've never heard of. Late bus passes will be provided. All are welcome. (Harkins)

INTRAMURAL BASKETBALL REGISTRATION

Intramural Basketball registration is open now. If you are interested in putting a team together, you can register at either the Hunt Club Park Community Center or Viking Park registration office. O’PLAINE CAMPUS

FOOD DRIVE

Help out local families in need this holiday season by donating canned and non perishable items to either your second period class or dropping off items in the main office. All donations will go to SEDOL’s backpack program, which will provide food to students and their families in need over winter break. There will be a donut breakfast provided to the second period class participating with the most collections! (Tragarz)

CHRISTIANS IN ACTION

Christians In Action is a faith-based club that includes fellowship, prayer, discussion, games, service, events, and more. We will meet tomorrow at 7:30am in Room 241. Please join us - it is open to everybody! (Dunn)

UNITE AND INFORM

CAFETERIA NEWS

Starting this week the cafeteria will have two registers set up for payments using your student ID only. Please look for these registers if you want to pay quickly using money loaded onto your student ID. All other registers will be for Cash, Credit, and ID use as well. (Maurer)

TOYS FOR TOTS

Warren Theatre is collecting donations now through December 14th for Toys For Tots! Drop your toy off in room 230. Each toy you donate will enter you in raffle to win a gift card! Drawings for the gift cards will be at the December 14th Giggles 'N Bits Improv show. The performance will take place in the Black Box Theatre. Email Ms. Doering with any questions. (Doering)

CANDY CANE GRAMS

Send a holiday message to someone special. Senior Class Board is sponsoring Cane Cane Grams to wish happy holidays and good luck on your final exams. Each candy gram is $1.00 and will be sent on December 14th. Sales will be outside the cafeteria on December 4th, 5th and 6th during all lunch periods. (Ayabarreno)
