You're running out of time to purchase your WinterFest tickets for this Saturday! Don't get left out in the cold and join us for a ton of indoor activities, treats, and even go home with your very own Build a Critter! Everything is included for the low price of $15. SOFTBALL TRYOUT INFORMATIONAL MEETING

Any girls interested in trying out for softball there will be an informational meeting on Monday February 9th at 3:30. The meeting will be held in the O'Plaine lecture hall. Please plan for your own ride home. (Charbonneau)

BOYS LACROSSE OPEN GYM

Our next Open gym is today, Wednesday February 4th from 3:30-5:00 in the field house at O'Plaine! See you there! (Janczak)

WARREN HOCKEY

Warren hockey is starting our playoffs this week and we have Home Games this weekend! Dates and times for the Playoff Games are: Friday the 6th  & Saturday the 7th, 9:30 pm at Top Shelf.  FREE to all! Hope to see you there! 

CANCER KIDS FIRST CLUB

Join WTHS Cancer Kids First in bringing fairytales and games to pediatric cancer patients through Once Upon a Toy! Our mission is to support the reading development of young patients while also bringing joy, fun, and a sense of magic through books and games.

We invite you to check out our Amazon Wishlist using the QR code or the link in our Instagram bio and consider purchasing a new book or game for children of all ages. All items will be going to pediatric cancer patients at the Advocate Children's Hospital. (Mohr)

MATH TEAM

Attention Math Team!  Our next meet is Thursday, February 5th. Please meet at the pool entrance of OP by 4:30 PM. If you are attending, please make sure to let Mrs. Stites or Mr. Vranek know! 

GIRLS LACROSSE OPEN GYM

Any girls interested in playing or learning lacrosse before our spring season are welcome to join our open gyms on Thursdays from 3:30-5pm that start in the OP Fieldhouse. Please grab information from outside room 317b at O'Plaine or room 234 at Almond for the full schedule of open gyms and what to expect! New players are always welcome and equipment is provided. OPEN MIC NIGHT

We are looking for performers for the next Open Mic Night on Friday Feb 20th.  All types of acts are welcome - bands, singers, magicians, comedians, dancers, etc.  The link to sign up can be found on flyers or on the Creations webpage. The deadline to sign up is Feb 16th. (Knutson)

MR. WARREN MEETING

There will be a short informational meeting for Mr Warren contestants today, Wednesday at 2:20 in room 245 for everyone who has already signed up along with anyone who is interested in competing in the Mr Warren Pageant. Please see Mrs Desiron if you cannot attend.  (Desiron)

Gurnee Park District is hiring for SUMMER seasonal positions including, but not limited to: Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Customer Service Representatives, Camp Counselors, and Grounds Team Members and will be outside the cafeteria THURSDAY, February 5th, during lunch periods 3-6. VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVE – YOUR VOICE MATTERS

Friday, February 6th in the cafeteria during all lunch periods. You may register if you: 1-Are a US citizen or naturalized citizen 2- Will be 18 years old on or before the next election (November 3. 2026) 3- Have two forms of ID (School ID and Driver’s License/State ID). It’s that easy! Please consider stopping by the table to register. Any 17-year old student who registers will be able to vote in the March 17, 2026 Primary Election. (Keeley/Ringa)
