Locker Room Addition at O'Plaine

The project includes:

1. New Physical Education and athletic locker rooms for both genders on the south side of the O'Plaine Campus building;
2. Improved entrance to the campus building when walking from the stadium;
3. New staff offices and locker rooms;
4. New athletic training room and laundry;
5. New boys swim locker room (to be in current athletic training room area);
6. New rubber tile to replace flooring outside of the current weight room.
    

Student pickup and dropoff does not change during construction.

Event parking in the O'Plaine south lot will be impacted through August 2026 due to safety fencing around the construction area. 

• There will be approximately 50 less parking spaces available.
• Community members can find extra parking spaces on the North Lot of O'Plaine Campus or in the Gowe Beach / DesPlaines River Trail lot on McClure Ave.

• The project is being paid for without going to the community for new bond or building referendum.
