Illinois State Seal of Biliteracy
The Seal of Biliteracy is an award given by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) to recognize high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in English and one or more additional languages.
Benefits:

ACT: Minimum score of 20 on the Reading/Writing portion (or composite 21).

AP Language and Culture Exam: Score of 4 or 5.
