  • Merci pour tout

    Bonsoir à tous!

The school year is starting to wrap up and I just wanted to take the time to give a grand félicitations to all the members of the Société for a successful year! From helping give out candy to children to interacting with our French exchange students, you have truly produced a presence in the school as you have spread knowledge of the French language and culture to all. As both the Historian and a senior, it has been my absolute honor taking photos of all our activities and seeing just how much this organization has grown. I congratulate our medal recipients for the National French Exam and I hope that they, along with our graduating seniors, keep the fire of the Société burning as they venture out into the real world. I, along with the other seniors, pass on our positions to next year's members of the Société to execute the purposes of this group. This is Eli Ameyibor, your Historian, giving his final au revoir.

    Thank you for the memories!

  • Art Institute Field Trip

Posted by Eli Ameyibor on 2/18/2019

Bonjour à tous! I hope everyone enjoyed their time out of the cold weather to observe some wonderful pieces of impressionist art down at the Art Institute! The excursion was followed by a little trip to the French Market where we ogled at the multitude of macaroons, croissants, and croque monsieurs the area had to offer. See you all this week!

  • Potluck Dinner

Posted by Eli Ameyibor on 10/25/2018

Milles mercis to all who were able to help out at the potluck dinner for the French students yesterday! Everyone had tons of fun filling their stomachs with the plentiful amount of delicious plates brought! The potluck was also a wonderful opportunity to interact with the French students and get to know a little more about them and their home culture! Let's continue to help promote la culture française!
