Returning Students and 8th Grade Students From Our Feeder Schools

  • ****ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS AND 8th GRADE STUDENTS FROM FEEDER SCHOOLS HAS BEGUN**** 

    To complete your student’s registration for the 20-21 school year: 

    An email was sent June 1, with instructions on how to complete the online registration process for your student(s).  Follow the link to view the letter in English or Spanish.

    Step 1: Required for all families:

    • Update Student Information:
      • Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Account using your parent username and password.  Click here to log into your PowerSchool parent account. 
        • If you cannot remember your PowerSchool parent username or password, click on “Having trouble signing in?” on the PowerSchool login screen and follow the instructions.
      • Select "forms" on the left hand side of the screen. 
      • Select the "enrollment" tab.
      • Complete all the forms listed, beginning with From A: Student Demographics.
    • Option to Prove Residency Online:
      • This year, parents/guardians have the option of uploading their proof of residency and medical forms to minimize the number of families who need to attend walk-in registration.  proof of residency
      • Uploaded residency forms are subject to school approval.  If there are any issues with your proof of residency, you will be contacted by a school employee. 
      • You will be notified by mid-July, via email, that your 2020-2021 registration is complete and you will NOT need to attend walk-in registration. 
    • Online Registration is complete when:
      • All forms have been completed and submitted.
        • You are able to review the status of your forms from the enrollment tab.  To the right of each form title you will see "submitted" or "pending" indicating you have submitted the form.
      • You have received a confirmation email from school personnel approving the forms. 

      Step 2: Attend Walk-In Registration - Required for families who:

    • Were not able to complete the online registration process,
    • Were not able to upload proof of residency, and/or
    • Did not receive a confirmation email that the online registration forms were completed and residency was approved.

    Walk-in registration at your 2020-2021 campus of attendance:
    Walk-in Registration is July 29, 30 and August 3, 4, 2020, 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  You will need to provide proof of residency.  All medical forms you may need to complete can also be turned in at this time. 

    Your registration for the 2020-2021 school year is complete when:

    • You have a confirmation email from school personnel notifying you that your registration and residency are approved and that your 2020-2021 registration is complete and you will NOT need to attend walk-in registration, or
    • You have a confirmation email from school personnel notifying you that the online forms are completed and approved, and
    • You have attended walk-in registration and proved residency
