Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is now available.

 Proof of Residency will be required for the following groups of students:

• Incoming freshmen

• All families who registered for the 2022-2023 school year with an affidavit

• All families whose lease expires prior to August 15, 2023

• All families who have moved within District 121 boundaries

Fees for the 2023-2024 school year will be $200.  Fee payment information will be emailed to families in August.

2023-2024 Registration Instructions and Details

**If your student attended WTHS at either campus previously and you have left District 121 and are now returning, please contact your campus registrar before continuing.**

Returning families must:

1. In PowerSchool, complete the online registration forms A - I.

2. Provide  proof of residency within District 121 boundaries if:

• You are an incoming freshman

• You registered for the 22-23 school year using an affidavit
  

• Your lease expires prior to August 15, 2023.

• You have moved within District 121 boundaries.

3. Provide a copy of your student’s health and immunization records if:

• You are an incoming freshman

• You are a senior and need to provide proof of a second meningitis vaccination.

• You need to provide a sports physical.

4. Provide a copy of any court paperwork/custody arrangements (if applicable).

5. Pay registration fees or make payment arrangements prior to the first day of school.

Incoming freshmen from our feeder schools must:

1. In PowerSchool, complete the online registration forms A - I.

5. Pay registration fees or make payment arrangements prior to the first day of school.

New families must:

• Complete an Application for Enrollment by clicking the “New Student Enrollment” button below. 
  Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from the school with instructions on how to create a parent PowerSchool account.  If you have not received an email within one business day, it may be in your junk/spam folder. If not, please contact the registrar.
• Create a parent PowerSchool account . 
• In PowerSchool, complete the online registration forms A - I.
• Provide proof of residency within District 121 boundaries.
• Provide a copy of your student’s birth certificate.
• Provide a copy of your student’s health and immunization records.
• Provide a copy of any court paperwork/custody arrangements (if applicable).
• Pay registration fees or make payment arrangements (2023-24 fees are $200).

Once your registration forms are complete, the registrar will request records from your student's previous school.
