    All Prom attendees must be

    fully vaccinated from Covid-19 

    FEES: In order to purchase a Prom ticket all school fees must be paid in full.
    This includes Registration fees, Athletic/Activity fees, Chromebook fees, Textbook fees, Lunch fees, etc.

School Dance Policy

  • Dances are a privilege for students of WTHS to attend. WTHS students must present their current school ID upon entering any school-sponsored dance. All school dances and events are drug and alcohol free events.  In order to attend, all students and outside guests must remain drug and alcohol free for the duration of the event. By purchasing a ticket and attending the dance or event, students agree to all rules and conditions of a Warren Township High School function.  All rules in the Student Handbook will be enforced. In addition, dancing that is defined as sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate will not be allowed.  Students will be given one warning, and additional contact with staff will result in the parent or guardian being notified and the student will be removed from the dance. If students are unable to adhere to the requirements, parents will be notified and appropriate action will be taken including but not limited to: school discipline, referral to local law enforcement, loss of privilege to attend future dances and/or events, loss of privilege to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.

    Although it is held off campus, Prom is still a school-sponsored event, and all school rules and policies are in effect.  No hats or canes will be allowed.  Please be aware that students will be responsible for the security of all personal items such as cell phones, purses, cameras, etc.

Prom Ticket Information

  • Prom tickets will be on sale HERE from April 11 through April 21, 2022. 
    When purchasing tickets, if you receive the message "Student Does Not Exist", that means that you need to pay all outstanding student fees before you are eligible to purchase a ticket. This includes: lunch fees, registration fees, athletic/activity participation fees, chromebook fees, etc. 

    Students must purchase tickets individually. Students may not purchase two tickets under the same ID#. If you are purchasing a ticket for your date, you must use that student's name and student ID#. 

    Students who have been approved to bring an outside guest, including O'Plaine students, will get an ID# for their date that will be necessary to purchase that student a ticket.

    No tickets will be sold after April 21, 2022.

Ticket Pick Up

  • Ticket pick up will be in the cafeteria during ALL periods (Dates TBA). You may not pick them up during an academic class. Passes will not be issued to any students that pick tickets up outside of their lunch hour.


  • All students and guests will be required to ride school-sponsored, luxury coach bus transportation to and from Prom. This coach bus transportation is included in the price of the ticket and is mandatory. Students are not allowed to utilize private transportation to or from Prom. Students who do so will not be admitted to Prom.

Dinner Seating / Bus Assignments

  • Table Request forms will be available on Monday, April 25, 2022.

    Forms must be emailed to chesse@wths.net by 11:59pm on Friday, April 29, 2022. 

    Anyone that does not meet the deadline will be seated by the Prom coordinator. No Exceptions.

    Buses will be assigned by table groups. Requests for bus assignments will not be taken.

Prom Night Check In

  • Prom check-in will begin at the Almond Campus at 4:15 p.m. on Prom Night. Students must present their ticket and current Warren ID upon check-in to the Prom. Outside guests must present a valid state-issued photo ID to be admitted to Prom. Students who do not have proper identification will not be allowed to board a bus. Buses will depart beginning at 4:45p.m. Students who miss the bus to Prom will not be allowed to attend. Students wishing to attend Prom are required to ride the coach bus to and from Prom. Student parking will be available at the Almond Campus. The bus drop off lane will be closed to all traffic before and after Prom.

    YES - All fees must be paid by April 1, 2022.  If fees are not paid the student will be unable to purchase a Prom ticket.

  • Do I need to be vaccinated to attend Prom?

    YES - Your vaccination card must be provided at the time of ticket pick up or you will not be able to pick up your tickets.  There are no refunds for any reason.  Do not purchase a prom ticket unless you have a vaccination card.
