Homecoming Week Information
The Homecoming parade will be held Saturday October 2nd at 9 am with staging time at 8 am. Any WTHS organization/activity/sport or Community Organization interested in participating in the Homecoming Parade please fill out the application form HERE. All applications are due Septemebr 27th by 3pm. You will receive instructions and line up on September 29th by 3pm. If you have any questions please contact Dana Lainio at email@example.com
Homecoming Dance Information:
This year, the Homecoming dance will be held at the O'Plaine Campus on October 2nd from 7pm-10pm. We will have an indoor/outdoor dance. The indoor portion of the dance will be in the gym and have a DJ and dancing. Masks are REQUIRED to be inside the dance. If students are not following our masking mandate they will be asked to leave the dance. The outdoor portion of the dance will be in the parking lot and have food trucks (at an extra cost), games, an outdoor dance area, Fireworks and more! Masks are not required but optional in the outdoor area. Students are able to move from one portion to the other when they want. We only ask that when returning inside, they put a mask on.
The Homecoming dance is a semi-formal event.
Homecoming Ticket Sales: **Ticket Sales Have Ended**
Homecoming ticket sales will be Saturday September 11th thru Friday Septemeber 17th. The cost is $35. Tickets will be available here . A t-shirt is included with the purchase of the ticket. Please specify the size needed. Only current WTHS students and Approved WTHS Alumni will be permitted to purchase a ticket. Homecoming T-Shirt Sales: **T-Shirt Sales have ended**
If you are interested in purchasing a Homecoming t-shirt and not attending the dance, please use the link here. The cost is $10 per shirt. The Image of the shirt is at the top of the page.
Only WTHS Alumni (under the age of 21) are permitted to attend the 2021 Homecoming Dance. Alumni Requests will be accepted from September 6th-September 10th. Once your guest has been approved you will receive an email.

Spirit Week Begins Jersey Day: Wear your favorite team jersey
Tuesday Sept 28th
Spirit Day Under the Sun: Wear Beach wear (be culturally sensitive and school appropriate)
Wednesday Sept 29th
Spirit Day Neon Day: Wear Neon or Brightly colored clothing
Thursday Sept 30th
Spirit Day Get Comfy Day: Wear your comfiest clothes!
School Pep Assembly and Outdoor Movie: Join us for an ALL school pep assembly with performances by your cheerleaders and devilettes, drum line, and more! We will be crowning Senior Royalty at the event! After the assembly we will be showing Jumanji on the football field! Bring a blanket and some money for snacks! All are welcome to the FREE event! The event will be held on the OP Football field starting at 7pm.
Friday Oct 1st
Spirit Day LET'S GO BLUE DEVILS! Dress in your Best Warren Wear
Varsity Football Game: The Homecoming Football game will be on the OP Football field Freshmen starting at 5:00 and Varsity at 7:30. Come out and cheer on the blue devils as they take on the Bulldogs from Waukegan High School.

Spirit Day: Enter the Jungle and Enjoy the Dance
Homecoming Parade: The Homecoming parade route has changed!! It will start at 9:00 a.m. in the Gurnee Police Department parking lot and head north up O'Plaine Road. The parade will conclude at the North lot of the O'Plaine Campus.
Homecoming Dance: The dance will be held at the O'Plaine Campus Gym and Outside in the parking lot. There will be food trucks, fireworks, dancing, and a photo booth! Enter the jungle at your own risk, but be prepared to have a great time!!! Tickets are currently on sale through September 17th on the Homecoming web page.
The Homecoming parade route has changed!! The WTHS Homecoming "Welcome to the Jungle" themed parade will start at 9:00 a.m. in the Gurnee Police Department parking lot and head north up O'Plaine Road. The parade will conclude at the North lot of the O'Plaine Campus. We hope to see our community out to support our Blue Devils this year!!
