National Honor Society

  • The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1921.

Meeting Information

  • Members Must Attend Two Meetings a Semester
    Meeting place in room 211 at the Almond Campus at 7:00 pm

    Dates for Fall 2018: August 27th, September 25th, October 24th, November 29th

    Dates for Spring 2019: Janurary 14th, February 12th, March 14th, April 17th

Service Hours

  • Members must complete at least 10 volunteer hours a semester. Two of the events must be sanctioned
