Bridges Day Program
The Bridges Day School Program, housed at the O’Plaine Campus, is offered to those freshmen and sophomores who are in jeopardy of not moving to junior classification by the end of fourth semester and have not been successful in our freshmen and sophomore support services because of other academic issues. Many times these students have struggled in the elementary and middle school and have significant gaps in their knowledge in the core areas so these students are in need of a more intense remediation program that focuses entirely on the essential skills of the core curriculum.
An initial “Success” meeting with the Bridges Day Teacher must take place for all students and their parent/guardian after the student has been referred to the program. All Bridges Day Program documentation including a Student Success Plan must be complete before students can begin classes.
